Camera Zoom 4 App Reviews

Same issue as others. Videos will not transfer to camera roll or email. In fact, when I try to export the app completely crashes. Website seem to not exist. Dont these people realize we take important video with our phones and need to transfer them? How can they offer an app that doesnt enable one to get the video off the phone? When apps like these do not work at all, a refund should be offered at the very least!!!

I guess the title says everything. Yeah it would zoom but the picture become so blurred I could not tell what it was. Id have gladly paid a couple extra dollars for a app that would zoom AND focus at the same time.

Wish I had read the reviews on the videos not being able to be saved or copied outside of the app before I used it. Dreadful supoport on a problem that should have been dealt with by now.

This app is so stupid it wouldnt let me view my videos or photos I took at a concert and eventually they were just gone.

I gave it one star but I really would rather give it zero. I try to use the video and it freezes. Just wont tape anything. Then I wind up with a blank section that was saved and when I try to delete that unused video, the app crashes. Im stuck with all these blank videos on my iPhone and I cant get rid of them. Im so sorry I even spent a dollar on this piece of crap.

Hey guys I notices that a lot of you are having trouble retrieving your videos. I thought I lost several of mine also, but I went to settings and turned on location serveses, and there they were! Hope this helps!:)

I cant tell u how many times this App fails! Ive been to more concerts where Ill take pictures, switch to video mode and the App will record one video and then crash/seize up and wont work the rest of the show! Happens all the time! Do u know how I fixed my problem? After it crashed during my front row "Janes Addiction" Show last night, I permanently deleted it--B4 the show ended!!!

Video taken with this app is still inaccessible - I cant get it to transfer to my photo album, to email, or in any way move it to my computer or share it. The lack of a fix for this critical issue in what was supposed to be an "update" is beyond ridiculous.

App Screen froze displaying the following screen message: Error, Operation Interrupted Dismiss. Cannot "Dismiss" or conduct any other operation to access the videos taken with this App to transfer to my photo album. What is the fix?

Videoed grandsons play and it never came through. Lost special event and that was after I paid to upgrade.

I taped important events of my childrens performances, and on several occasions it would say it saved the video, but when I would try to view it , it wasnt there. Also, when I updated my phone, EVERY SINGLE one of my previously saved viideos deleted, sort of like all the high scores on the kids games that do not save from version to version. Lost my video of when they won US Finals!!! Did like the zoom video funtion though.

Dont buy at the bed and gets worse with age. Cant save video to Camera roll on IPhone 5. Had to delete an important one-of-a-kind videos. Deleted and reinstalled to see if it would fix problem now they want to charge me $99 for the Zoom I ready had. Reported to Apple evil App - More like a Google app Rip-off ----------- X X U ====

The app cant send your video to your email or your phone! We should get our money back!!! Im forced to give it a star but I wouldnt give it my time after today!

i finally have to write this review. It is very difficult to move videos to camera roll. it should automatically do it. i moved to a new phone and lost all of my videos. I have emailed them and they never responded. Terrible app and teririble support.

I love this app. Ive used it for taking pics at concerts and in the field while hunting. Ive never had a problem saving videos to my camera roll. Just have to be patient while it saves.

Zoom but no focus. Poor pictures.

I recently used the video option in this app, and although we can WATCH the video, there is no playback of sound. Yes, my volume is on, and my other videos from camera app play just fine WITH SOUND. Have not received any response to numerous emails asking why, or how to fix.

Now every time you use video the Buy Zoom comes on. Once - ok, but every time? Less useful.

The app is stuck in video mode and will not move to photo mode.
